RETURNS
At Māmā Magic Apothecary, we strive to provide the highest quality herbal remedies and natural care products. We take great joy in sourcing pure and organic ingredients and crafting all products with love and care. However, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.
While we are unable to accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our purchase. If you have any issues with your order, such as damaged items or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare and process orders for shipping. Processing and shipping times may vary. If youʻre needing an order by a specific time, please reach out prior to placing order and leave a note during checkout (to make sure we're on it).
Pickup is available in Hau'ula (O'ahu) once a week (TBD). If selecting “Pickup” at checkout, please be sure to:
- Provide your email address at checkout
- Look out for an email (at the email address you submit with your order) from us to coordinate the date, time, and place of pickup.
- If you do not receive any emails regarding pickup within 24 hours of purchase, please reach out to us at info@mamamagicapothecary.com or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
