Comfrey is commonly referred to as "knitbone", and for good reason, as she's been a remedy for centuries for fractures, torn muscles and sprains. Also found to effectively reduce pain and inflammation, comfrey can be supportive for chronic conditions such as arthritis, back pain, old injuries, etc. 

Suggested use: Apply topically to affected area. Works best when lathered and massaged in, heat may also be applied (using heating pad, hot towel, etc.). Reapply and repeat as needed for relief.
