Infusions: We love preparing Happy Harmony as an infusion, steeping the herbs for an extended amount of time (at least 4 hours or overnight) to extract the rich mineral content and full nutritional potential. We love infusions because it offers vitamins and minerals in their most natural & whole form, which is easily absorbed and welcomed by your body.

Organic Ingredients: Lemon balm, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Orange Peel, Rose buds, Rose petals, Rosehips

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is referred to as the herb that "gladdens the heart and spirit". Lemon balm is a relaxing nervine that works to ease tension and supports our nervous system by helping us remain resilient under stress. Lemon balm is also protective and restorative to brain tissue and may improve memory and cognition. She is a trusted ally for anxiety, nervousness, and even insomnia. She is also immune boosting and a powerful antiviral. Being part of the mint family, lemon balm can also calm an upset stomach and aid in digestive issues. On an emotional level, lemon balm is very uplifting, can improve mood, and calm agitation and stress.

Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), also known as Holy Basil, is revered as a sacred plant in Ayurveda and referred to as the "Queen of herbs." Tulsi is renowned for her myriad of medicinal uses, from depression and anxiety, to combatting colds, sinus infections, and asthma, all the way to balancing blood sugar and supporting concentration and memory (helpful for those with ADD/ADHD). Tulsi is very grounding and relaxing, and her ability to increase cerebral circulation makes her an effective support for cognitive and memory function.

Rose (Rosa centifolia) is a highly valued herb known for her ability to aid the nervous system through her antidepressant and calming properties. Rose supports the physical heart as well as the energetic heart and can be a loving ally for the mind and spirit when dealing with extra emotional weight i.e. sadness, trauma, heartbreak, anxiety, or anger/frustration. Beyond her beauty, rose offers a variety of health benefits for the heart, the digestive system, and the reproductive system.

Rosehip (Rosa canina) is the fruit of the rose plant and is one of the highest natural sources of vitamin C. Rosehips are also packed with other nutrients and disease-fighting antioxidants, offering an immunity boost as well as protection against free radicals and oxidative damage. Studies have also shown rosehips to be beneficial for cardiovascular health, with the ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Orange peel (Citrus sinensis) has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is celebrated for its wide array of health benefits. Often discarded and overlooked, the skin of an orange actually contains essential nutrients, including vitamin C, and antioxidants like flavonoids and polyphenols. Traditionally, orange peel has been used to help strengthen the immune system, promote healthy digestion, and support lung and respiratory function.
