Sage has a long history of being a respiratory remedy and a supportive ally for fighting common illnesses that include sore throat, coughing, and congestion. Sage has antiviral and antibacterial properties and has also shown to fight different strep bacteria. Sage is often overlooked as a medicinal herb, yet it is an incredibly valuable plant ally that everyone should have on hand.

Suggested use: Shake well. Take up to 1-2 droppers throughout the day as needed for relief.

Please note that sage is a drying herb. Our Sage Elixir contains honey, which is naturally moisturizing which does balance things out. However, if you are breastfeeding, please be aware that some women experience a decrease in milk supply when using sage. Every body is different. Please use with caution and discontinue if needed.
